Nice Christmas Remix! Perfect for a snowy village background music on a RPG, all the instruments are with the right volume. At 1:16 the transition from the higth note to a low note sounds a little strange, but not so much. R2R n.n

Onefin responds:

Thanks for reviewing! That melody line is pretty much directly from the original, so that's how it was written.

The title represent the song perfect: The awakening of something powerful. Has a little suspense at the beginning and the second half of the song has a "keep fighting / don't give up" feeling. As polarpoole said, maybe the xylophone is an instrument that sounds a little abrupt in comparison with the rest of the orchestration, but isn't so bad. R2R n.n

I think the new version is better for that zone, but this track is good too. Are you planning to use it in another part of the game? My favorite part starts at 0:25 .

DreyLand responds:

Hi,
thanks for the review, I'm glad you like it even if it is not as good as the new version :)
You are not the only one who said I should use it in an other place, I take your advice in consideration, thanks! :)

Sounds really good! Perfect for the character theme of the inspired art.

And the last chorus part is so epic!!!

Ylmir responds:

Thanks a lot ! ^.^

Nice introduction, a bit slow but prepares you for the next epics. If I close my eyes listening this starting from the minute 0:45, I can see the African savanna from the air in takes of different stampedes of animals. This song is full of nature, I like that :D . Perfect for the intro of a wildlife documentary but also for any celtic movie trailer. R2R n.n

I don't know why, but this reminds me the final of Megaman 2. On the other hand, this teleports me walking through a night and lonely city in winter, while the snow falls slowly. Perfect for a movie. Good! R4R n.n

Excellent theme for the last zone! The intro sounds like when somebody see a new world. Then continues with determination to go ahead. And arround 1:26 becomes frenetic like a fight. Epic! I think I have another favorite :D .

DreyLand responds:

Hi!
I'm glad you like it, this one was the Zone I took the most of time to do, and I'm really happy you like it !
Thanks ! :D

I like this track too. But I don't know, if you ask to me, I will said that this track belongs to the Desert Zone. Sounds like egyptian music, that was my impression.

DreyLand responds:

Hi,
Thank you very much for your review, I'm glad you appreciate it! :)
When I did this music I didn't find it sound like Egyptian theme, In reality it suppose to sound like a "No man's Land" crowded by ghosts and dark spirits. I take your opinion in consideration, thanks ! :)

I don't like lava levels in general, but I admit that it can't miss on a platform game. And this track is perfect for it.

So peaceful! This zone, Drey's Village and The Jungle are my favorites for now n.n . I want to play that game now! :O

DreyLand responds:

Wow ! Thank you very much for your reviews ! I really appreciate it :D
I'm glad that you like these soundtrack, I did my best on them :)
Haha I want to play it too :p I think it will be possible in some months ! :)
